Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662, which runs SayRight. By using SayRight you accept them.

The service

SayRight gives automated feedback on pronunciation. Feedback is generated by speech recognition and AI and can be wrong, especially for names, rare words or noisy recordings. It is a practice aid, not a certified assessment.

Free plan

The free plan includes 5 checks per day. We may change free limits with notice on the site.

Pro subscription

• Pro costs $7.99 per month or $79.90 per year (plus any tax), or the price shown in your app store. Partner discounts apply as shown at checkout.
• There is no free trial. You are charged when you subscribe, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime: on the web from Account → Manage subscription; in the app from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• “Unlimited” means no daily check limit for normal personal use; we may slow down automated or abusive use.
• Refunds: if something went wrong, email info@prediturk.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund web purchases. App store purchases are refunded through Apple or Google.

Your account and content

Keep your password safe. The scripts you save are yours; you give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You can delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break it, scrape it, resell it, or get around the free limit by automated means.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
