Privacy policy

SayRight is operated by Prediturk LLC, 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr Ste 104 #544, Vancouver, WA 98662 (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use SayRight on the web or in our mobile app, and why. Questions: info@prediturk.com.

Your voice

• We never receive or store your audio. Your recording stays in your browser so you can play it back, and is gone when you leave the page.
• To find out what a listener would hear, SayRight uses the speech recognition built into your browser or device. Depending on your browser, that service may process the audio — for example Google (Chrome) or Apple (Safari). Their privacy policies apply to that processing.
• We receive the text of what was recognised, together with the sentence you practised, and send both to our AI provider to write your feedback. Our AI gateway is set up not to store these requests.

What we store

• Without an account: a random visitor ID in a functional cookie and a daily count of checks, so the free limit works. We also count checks per network using a one-way hash of your IP address, to stop abuse. Counts are kept per day.
• With an account: your email address, a salted hash of your password, your sign-in sessions, your saved scripts and — on Pro — the sentences you checked with the words that were flagged (your progress history).
• Purchases: payments are handled by Stripe on the web and by Apple or Google in the app, through our payments platform (Viski). We never see your card details. We record which product you bought so Pro works.
• Partner referrals: if you arrive through a partner’s link or enter a partner code, we store that code in a cookie and tell our partner program (BestResult Partners) which account it referred, so the partner can be paid.

Cookies and analytics

We use only functional cookies: your sign-in session, your visitor ID for the free limit, the payments session, and a partner code if you used one. Our analytics are cookie-free and count page views and feature use in aggregate. No advertising cookies, no ad trackers, no selling of data.

Your choices and rights

• Delete your account and all its data anytime in Account, or see how to delete your account.
• Ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it by emailing info@prediturk.com.
• If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Daily usage counts are kept for up to 90 days. Payment records are kept by our payment providers as the law requires.

Children

SayRight is meant for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
