Delete your SayRight account

You can delete your account and all of its data yourself, at any time, from the website or the app.

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in and open Account.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete account…
3. Confirm with Yes, delete everything. You are signed out straight away.

What is deleted

• Your account (email address and password hash)
• Your saved scripts and your progress history (sentences you checked and the words flagged)
• All sign-in sessions and the daily usage counter linked to your account
• The link between your account and your purchases on our side

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We keep no copy, except where the law requires us to keep payment records (which our payment provider holds, not SayRight).

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first: on the web from Account → Manage subscription; in the App Store or Google Play from your device’s subscription settings.

Can’t sign in?

Email info@prediturk.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 30 days (usually within 2 working days) and confirm by email.
